Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is certainly the next big thing that all the fans are expecting from the leading tech company based out of South Korea. There has been no lack of news and updates regarding how the device is going to shape up and that is quite natural. In the same vein, here is an update which has come up recently which states that the phablet will not come with one of the much talked-about specs.
The display integrated fingerprint scanner is one thing which was expected to be made available to the users who would go for the Samsung Galaxy S8. However, the fans were left disappointed over the fact that this feature did not eventually come out with the smartphone. Naturally, there has been a rise in the expectations that this new feature would eventually materialize with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
However, if we go by the latest update, fans are certainly ready to come across further disappointment. According to the news from News1 (a South Korean media house), the developer has come up with the update that the upcoming flagship phablet will stay away from the on-screen fingerprint scanner. The Samsung official has been quoted saying, “We made every effort to install a display-integrated fingerprint sensor on Galaxy Note 8, but we decided not to install it on this strategic phone due to various technical limitations such as security.”
As the statement has clarified it is due to the technical limitations that the developers have decided to give it a miss in the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Hence, it can be predicted that the phablet is going to hit the market with the fingerprint scanner at the back of the device, very much like the other flagship device.
There is still quite a few months to go before the phablet gets launched and we can expect further updates to come by. And hence, keep an eye on this thread in order to find out all the latest updates related to the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
